Earth in Outlines Collection

This is one of my favorite collections & a staple of what style I want Average Hippie to be centered around. 

The name comes from the designs. How the designs are all things on this earth - animals, plants- people - and then creating them all in outlines, detailed and outlined. 
I’ve always loved line work - how beautiful outlining art makes it look. This not only is one of my favorite ways to see art, but it gives a folky vibe that ties in all the themes I love. It gives up north Michigan which is where I’m from , yet has hints of desert which reminds me of Arizona and has a special place in my heart. It also brings hints of cabin, country, ocean, plants, all things I love. It also helps my issue of not being able to pick one theme of what to paint. 

It’s a neutral blend of colors - yet it’s still color. They all run the same hints and color scheme of a warm earthy feel without being punchy bold colors. My favorite colors.

 The clothing picked is along the same color scheme but more linen cotton and light denims. Trying to pick more boxy flowy fits and vintage nice brands as well as incorporating better materials and keeping it all thrifted.

This collection really encapsulates so many things for me and has given me my confidence in creating back and creating things I am proud of. I hope you love this collection and know how dear to my heart it is and the love put into every piece.
